On 12/22/2022 Protect our Land’s Future asked the BOS to implement a new Abeyance as:
- There was a lot of new information that had come to light since the ordinance was enacted.
- The BOS was going to be very busy with the budget the first quarter of 2023.
- A new BOS member would be coming on board and could use the time to become familiar with the issue.
- A new requiting campaign is already underway in Union and Adams counties by Invenergy.
They asked us to come back with a full presentation of the information when the new member was in place.
