The ratepayers (farm and home electric users) have seen their electric bills increased by 20% to cover the construction costs. About 90% of the farmers that signed up in the newer project wish they had not.  The turbine construction company which is not the same as the turbine electric company have not kept many of their promises. The county is suing the turbine company for not fulfilling their promise of repairing the roads.
